Why Before Possession
Why check before you take the keys?
Before you sign the possession letter, your builder wants you to move in, so problems get fixed fastest. After you sign, your complaint joins a queue.
New flats look perfect under fresh paint. The problems show up later: seepage behind the wardrobe, hollow tiles that crack, a bathroom floor where water collects, a window that lets in rain, a socket that does not work. Each one is easier to get fixed with a dated photo and a clear list.
FlatSure is run by Valor Infra, a civil and finishing contractor in Hyderabad. We build and finish homes for a living, so we know where problems hide and what a builder can fix quickly if you ask before you sign.

Who inspects your flat?
Your inspection is carried out by Valor's own construction team, led by Mosesprabhu Charan Kondapalli, co-founder of Valor Infra, who brings over a decade of hands-on civil execution experience across government, institutional and residential projects.
The same people who build and finish homes for developers check yours, and every finding goes into a photo report you keep.

How much does home inspection cost in Hyderabad?
FlatSure starts from ₹5,000 for a 2 BHK and ₹6,000 for a 3 BHK, plus GST. That works out to roughly ₹4 to ₹6 per sq ft, less than an Irani chai. The final price depends on flat size and location, and we confirm it when you book.
What should I check before taking possession of my flat?
Walls and ceilings for cracks and damp, every floor tile for hollowness, bathroom floors for water collecting instead of draining, taps and pipes for leaks, every switch and socket, doors, windows and locks, and whether the items in your builder's specification sheet are fitted. FlatSure checks all of this and more, over 150 points in a typical 2 BHK.
How long does the inspection take?
Two to four hours at your flat, depending on its size. You are welcome to walk through with us. The photo report usually reaches you within 2 working days.
Will my builder allow an inspection?
Most builders let you bring someone when they invite you to inspect before possession. Some ask that the owner is present, or send their own staff along, which is fine. If your builder will not allow it before handover, we can inspect right after, and defects remain the builder's to fix.
Do you repair the problems you find?
No. Defects your builder is responsible for are the builder's to fix, at their cost. We never offer to fix them. Our job is to find them and record them clearly so your builder can act.
Is this a structural safety certificate?
No. FlatSure is a visual inspection by our construction team of everything that can be seen, reached and operated on the day. We do not break tiles, open walls or test hidden pipes and wiring. If we spot signs that something hidden needs a specialist, we tell you.
I have already moved in. Is it too late?
No. Section 14(3) of RERA covers defects in structure, workmanship, quality or services reported within five years of possession, subject to its conditions. A dated report with photos helps you raise them. For a specific dispute, speak to a lawyer.
I live abroad. Can you inspect my flat?
Yes. With your authorisation we inspect, can take you through it on a video call, and send the report on WhatsApp and email. Message us your project and possession date.
