What We Do
The stage where projects quietly lose money.
Earthwork is measured work, and disputes over quantities sour a project before the first column is cast. We record levels before and after, measure against them, and bill what was actually moved. If the ground turns out different from the soil report, you hear it from us the same week, not at the final bill.
At Gardens of Delight in Mangalore our scope includes site infrastructure and a retaining wall alongside villa construction. Our partners have executed bulk earthwork and formation works under the Polavaram Irrigation Project, and road and drain packages for GHMC in Hyderabad.

What developers usually ask.
How is earthwork measured and billed?
Against pre- and post-level surveys agreed with you, billed stage-wise on measured quantities. Records are kept so the final bill holds no surprises.
Do you own machinery?
We hire machinery for each project, matched to the site conditions and the quantities involved, and run it with our own engineers and supervisors. That keeps you from paying for idle plant, and means the right machine turns up rather than whatever we happen to own. Tell us the site details and we will confirm exactly what we will deploy.
Can you handle rock or hard strata?
Send the soil report or tell us what has been found. Hard strata changes method and rate, and we'd rather price it correctly at the start than claim it later.
Do you take earthwork alone?
Yes. Earthwork-only packages are welcome, and so is earthwork as part of a full civil scope through to finishing.
Which areas do you cover?
Hyderabad and the rest of Telangana, plus Karnataka, where we are building villas in Mangalore. Our office is in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
What happens after earthwork?
We can continue straight into structural and RCC works, which removes the gap between two agencies blaming each other for levels.
