Why Us
Most construction advice comes from people who have not poured a slab in years. We are a working civil contractor, contracted for 30 villas in Mangalore, with partners who have run staff quarters for NTPC and BARC and road packages for GHMC. When we tell you a rate is unrealistic or a programme will slip, it is because we are quoting similar work this month.
That also means we will tell you when you do not need us. If your contractor is doing a good job, the honest answer is to leave them to it, and we would rather say so than bill you for supervision you do not need.

Common Questions
Project management is 5% of project value, with a minimum of ₹30,000 per month, in line with standard rates in Hyderabad and Mangalore. BOQs, estimation and quote reviews are quoted as a fixed fee once we have seen the drawings. Whichever applies, it is agreed in writing before we start.
Yes, and we'll be straight about it: on a consultancy engagement we work for you, not for the contractor. If you'd rather we simply quote for the works instead, we'll say so.
Photo records and stage-wise progress reports, with measurements verified before bills are certified. You see the site every week without being on it.
Yes. Send the BOQ or quote and we'll tell you where the rates look off, what's missing, and what it should realistically cost.
Yes, as a civil contractor. See structural and RCC works, painting and facade finishing and earthwork. Whether we advise or execute on a given project, we won't do both without telling you exactly how that works.
