What We Do
Finishing that holds up on a Mivan structure.
Aluminium formwork gives you a smooth, monolithic concrete surface with almost no plaster. That is an advantage, but only if the finishing crew understands what the surface needs: form joints and tie-rod holes treated properly, the right primer on dense concrete, and honest surface preparation before a single coat goes on. Skip that and the facade shows every joint within two monsoons.
We finished 30% of the facade scope on Magic Breeze in Narsingi, a Pooja Crafted Homes development, working under the project's facade contractor. On Om Sree Gallaxy in Kompally we painted four blocks of a 2,010-unit development, including podium parking, contracted directly with the developer.

What we take on.
Exterior Texture & Weather Coatings
Textured and waterproof exterior coatings on towers, podiums and compound structures, with the substrate prepared to take them.
Interior Emulsion & Putty
Putty, primer and emulsion across apartments and villas, sequenced around flooring, electrical and joinery so trades do not damage each other's work.
Podium & Common Areas
Parking podiums, lobbies, staircases, corridors and external compound walls, including line marking where required.
Labour-Only Contracts
You supply the material, we supply supervised crews and consumables, with output measured and billed stage-wise.
Supply & Apply
Full package with material procurement to your specified brand and shade, delivered against an agreed BOQ.
How We Run a Painting Package
Five controls, same as every Valor Infra job.
Surface Handover
Joint treatment, tie-rod holes and defects recorded and closed before any coat is applied.
Sample Approval
A sample area finished and approved by you for shade and texture before bulk work starts.
Stage Control
Putty, primer and finish coats signed off block by block, never overlapped to save time.
Daily Monitoring
Photo records and progress reporting against the block-wise programme.
Height Safety
PPE, harnesses and anchor checks for all facade work, with daily toolbox talks.
Common Questions
What developers usually ask.
Do you work labour-only?
Yes. Many developers prefer to buy material directly on their own rates and engage us for supervised labour and consumables. We work either way, and quote both if you ask.
What does a painting package cost?
It depends on the number of coats, the brand and shade, the height and access, and whether material is in scope. Send drawings or a BOQ and we will price it properly rather than quote a rate that changes later.
Can you take on part of a project?
Yes. On Magic Breeze we executed 30% of the facade scope alongside other agencies, and on Om Sree Gallaxy we took four blocks. Parallel part-works are normal for us.
Which areas do you cover?
Hyderabad and across Telangana, and Karnataka, where we are currently executing villas in Mangalore. Our office is in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
How many people can you mobilise?
We deploy 30 to 50 workers per project under our own site engineers and supervisors, scaled to the block-wise programme.
